Prudential Malaysia has partnered with Switch to be on board the “Apple Employee Choice Programme”. The programme offers our Prudential employees discounts on iPads and Macs. These purchases can be used for both work purposes and personal activities.
To enjoy the discount, staff must purchase the iPad or Mac via this dedicated online portal. You will need to register for an account using your corporate email and staff number, and then activate the account. The discount voucher code will be issued via email accordingly.

The discounts provided are as follows:
iPad: 9% discount,
Mac: 7% discount

Upon a purchase of an eligible Mac or iPad, the first 50 PRU employees will receive a RM 30 accessories voucher for your next purchase. You will receive an email from Switch within 3 working days, and T&Cs apply.

Who is eligible?
All employees of Prudential are eligible.

What is my entitlement?
Currently, each person is entitled to purchase one (1) iPad and one (1) MacBook using a corporate discount in each calendar year. Any changes to this entitlement will be announced via Prudential internal communication.

Can I combine all offers (corporate discount + Switch gift voucher) in the same purchase?
This programme cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing offers, instant cash redemptions, privileges, or programs, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Can the discount coupon be applied to all Apple products?
The coupon is valid only for the purchase of specified products at Corporate Online Portal and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Are the coupon transferable?
No, the discount coupon are not transferable.

Is verification required?
Yes, a corporate email address with a company/organisation domain is required for verification.

Do I need an account to access the Employee Purchase Program?
Yes, you will need to create an account on the Switch corporate online portal using your Prudential email. This will allow you to receive the special discount coupons offered through the Apple Employee Purchase Program.

How do I apply a corporate discount to my order?
You will receive a discount coupon after completing your registration. During the checkout process, there will be an option to apply this discount coupon code to your order.

What are the payment methods available?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and Buy Now Pay Later service. Details regarding accepted payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

When will I receive my order?
For shipment orders, delivery times may vary depending on the product and location. It usually takes within 5 working days for West Malaysia, and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase online and pick up your order at one of the 80+ Switch outlets in Malaysia.

Can I cancel and return my order?
Please refer to Switch Returns and Cancellation Policy for detailed instructions and eligibility criteria.

What happens if I receive a defective item?
Please contact our Customer Support team immediately upon receiving the defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as per our Returns and Cancellation Policy.
If the Apple product you are purchasing shows symptoms of a hardware failure upon unboxing when you receive it from the courier company,you have the right not to accept the item. Kindly notify the Switch online store team at onlinestore@switch.com.my.
